Sophia University has officially announced its DEI&B Promotion Declaration, and in conjunction with this, has newly created the Sophia University Handbook for DEI&B– Creating a Community of Inclusion and Respect.

This handbook aims to foster an environment where students, faculty, and staff can learn and work together in a safe and respectful atmosphere that embraces diversity. It consolidates information related to DEI&B within the university, including various systems and consultation services available at Sophia.

The handbook is available for viewing and download on the official website of the Office for the Promotion of Diversity and Sustainability.

The Office will continue its efforts to create a campus where diverse individuals are respected, and everyone can thrive as their authentic selves.
