【QUO card worth 1,000yen for 10 winners!】Request for Cooperation in Questionnaire（11 January 2023~31 January 2023） 

This survey is conducted to understand the level of interest and awareness of Sophia University students regarding SDGs & Sustainability. We would appreciate your cooperation as we would like to use this information as a reference for future sustainability-related initiatives at Sophia University.

Responses will be anonymous and statistically processed and will not affect individual grades or student life. 

The results of the survey will be made publicly available on our website in a form that does not identify individuals. 

*** 10 winners will be selected by lottery and will receive a 1,000-yen QUO card. Winners will be mailed to the address registered with Loyola.
