Sophia Diversity Week 2026 marks its 10th anniversary this year.

The Office of Diversity and Sustainability designates the period from November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to December 13, DEIB Day, as Sophia Diversity Week. During this period, students, faculty, and staff work together to organize a variety of events aimed at fostering an inclusive society that embraces diversity.

Everyone is welcome to participate.

This years theme is: “Discover a Side of Yourself You Never Knew This Winter”

How do we feel when we encounter something new?
We may feel empathy, uncertainty, sadness, or even find it difficult to accept.
We believe that the emotions that arise in those moments can reveal a side of ourselves we have yet to discover.
